I can't remember my username, what should I do?
Your username in Showroom is your email address. If you have forgotten this, please either contact your Account Manager .
I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
You can reset your password from the Showroom log in page. Simply click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and follow the on-screen instructions.
I would like to reset my password, how do I do this?
To reset your password, log in to Showroom in the normal way, then click the cogs icon in the top right hand corner. From here select ‘Change Password’.
Showroom isn't working in my browser, what's causing this?
Showroom is built to work in the most recent versions of Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If you are trying to use a different browser we recommend you download one of the supported browsers. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your local Close Brothers Motor Finance branch, details can be found using the branch finder below.
